Privacy Policy

This is a courtesy translation of the German privacy policy, which is the legally binding version.

Protecting your personal data is important to us. Using DrawClash is generally possible without providing any personal data.

1. Data collection and processing

For the game function, technically necessary connection data is processed (e.g. room ID, player name, WebSocket messages for game state and drawing data). This data is not passed on for advertising purposes outside the platform services in use.

2. Permissions

The web app uses only the permissions required on the browser side. No contacts, photos or location data are requested.

3. Hosting and infrastructure

The website is served via Firebase Hosting; the game backend runs on Google Cloud Run. Technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) may be processed briefly to ensure secure operation.

4. Advertising

DrawClash may use Google advertising services. The applicable consent mechanisms are integrated before any personalised advertising is served.
