Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
The most important questions about DrawClash – answered briefly and clearly.
Is DrawClash free?
Yes. You can play DrawClash for free in your browser. There’s no purchase required and no trial period – just open the page and start playing.
Do I have to register or install anything?
No. You need neither an account nor a download. DrawClash runs directly in the browser. You only enter a nickname to get started.
How do I play together with friends?
Create a room and share the 6-digit code or the invite link. Whoever opens the link lands straight in the right room and only needs to choose a nickname. You’ll find a step-by-step explanation in the how-to guide.
Which devices does DrawClash run on?
On practically all modern devices with a browser: smartphone (portrait and landscape), tablet and desktop PC. The interface adapts automatically to the screen size so the drawing area always stays as large as possible.
How does the AI recognition work?
A neural network analyses your strokes in real time and continuously estimates which of 345 words is meant. You’ll find a detailed, easy-to-follow explanation on the About the AI page.
Which words can the AI recognise?
A total of 345 everyday words – animals, vehicles, objects and more. You can find the complete list in nine languages under All words.
Which languages can I play in?
The words and AI guesses can be shown in nine languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Swedish. You choose the language at the start.
Why does the AI sometimes fail to recognise my drawing?
Recognition is very good, but not infallible. Clear, simple sketches with the typical features of a word work best. In the guide you’ll find concrete tips for higher recognition rates.
What happens to my drawings and data?
Your sketches serve only the gameplay – the AI evaluation and the other players in the same room. All details are in the privacy policy.
